1. Seafood salad with corn

  • 200g of lettuce
  • 1 can of sweet corn (150g)
  • 2 slices of pineapple (60 g)
  • 6 cherry tomatoes
  • 25 cooked and peeled shrimp
  • 5 tablespoons of mayonnaise (75 ml)
  • 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce (60 g)
  • 2 tablespoons of orange juice (30 ml)


  1. First, chop all the ingredients very small, reserving some shrimp tails for decoration.
  2. Then, in a large bowl, place all the chopped ingredients.
  3. Then add the corn, mayonnaise, sauce, and orange juice.
