  1. First, place all the ingredients in a blender and mix for approximately two to four minutes, or  until a smooth paste with no visible lumps or lumps forms.

Fresh tomato humus

  • 3/4 cups of sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil (90 g)

  • 1 spoon of tahini (15 g)
  • 1 sprig of parsley or cilantro
  • 2 garlic cloves

  • Lemon juice (to taste)
  • Salt and pepper to taste)

Method of preparation

  1. First, place the sun-dried tomatoes in a blender without draining too much of the olive oil, chickpeas and a little of their broth. Additionally,  peel the garlic cloves and incorporate them into the blender along with the tahini.
  2. Soon after, wash the sprig of parsley or cilantro. Dry and incorporate in a blender.
  3. On the other hand,  add cumin, lemon juice, salt, pepper and pepper.

  • 1 small steamed potato
  • A small piece of fresh turmeric
  • 1 spoon of curry (5 g)
  • 2 scoops of tahini (30 g)
  • 1 scoop of lemon juice (15 ml)
  • A small piece of fresh ginger
  • 10 fresh coriander leaves
  • 1/2 clove of unpeeled garlic
  • Half a spoon of salt (2 g)

Method of preparation

  1. Incorporate all ingredients in a blender  and mix for several minutes until you get a smooth mixture.
  2. Garnish with a little olive oil and previously roasted chickpeas in a skillet. Serve and enjoy.
