Infusion of orange peel and lettuce

This is an infusion that will give us a relaxing bath. If the pain comes from stress or tension, it is the perfect solution  to fight it.

Ingredients

  • The peels of 2 oranges
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 2 tablespoons of honey (50 g)
  • 4 cups of water (1 liter)

What should we do?

  • Take all the ingredients to a pan and put them on the fire for 20 minutes.
  • After this time, let it rest and take your shower normally, taking care not to burn yourself.

Infusion of lemon verbena

Lemon balm has powerful anti-inflammatory effects.  Taking an infusion of this plant will help you feel better. It’s an effective solution that you can’t ignore if you’re looking for immediate relief.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of lemon verbena (15 g)
  • 1 cup of water (250 ml)

What should we do?

  • Heat the water to a boil and add the lemon pike.
  • Leave to steep for 5 minutes, strain and serve.
