Swedish Institute Fully Funded Scholarships for Global Professionals 2022/2023 for Master’s Level Studies in Sweden: Apply Here

It is the goal of the SI Scholarship for Global Professionals to train future global leaders who will help the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and help their home countries and regions grow in a good way. In 2022, the Swedish Institute will give about 350 scholarships to people who want to study for their master’s degree in Sweden.

The Swedish government is paying for the program. It gives you a chance to grow both professionally and academically, experience Swedish society and culture, and build a long-term relationship with Sweden and other scholarship recipients.

Eligibility Requirements

In order to be eligible for the SI Scholarships for Global Professionals, you must be a citizen of one of the countries on our list and have enough proof of work and leadership experience to show. You also need to follow the steps of the University Admission process and get into one of the master’s programs that are eligible on time, so that you can start.

Citizens of the following countries are eligible to apply to the SI Scholarship for Global Professionals:

Benefits
In this case, we will pay for all of your tuition fees. You don’t have to pay the fee yourself. It’s paid for by SI at the start of each semester.
• A monthly payment of SEK 10,000 to pay for your living expenses while you are in school.

• Insurance to cover sickness and accidents, as well as other things.

When you move to Sweden, you’ll be a member of the SI Network for Future Global Leaders (NFGL).

This is an organization that helps people grow professionally and build a network while they are there.

Then, when your scholarship is over, you become a member of the SI Alumni Network. As a member, you get to keep meeting new people and growing your skills. The local networks are all over the world and have more than 15,000 talented alumni from more than 140 countries.

It also includes a travel grant of SEK 15,000 for students from Bangladesh; Bolivia; Brazil; Cameroon; Colombia; Ecuador; Egypt; Ghana; Guatemala; Honduras; Indonesia; Jordan; Kenya; Liberia; Malawi; Morocco; Myanmar (Burma); Nepal; Nigeria; Pakistan; Peru; Rwanda; South Africa; Tanzania; Tunisia and Zimbabwe: the scholarship includes a travel grant of SEK 15,000 for the entire study period. This is a one-time payment, and it doesn’t apply to students who already live there.

If you live in one of these countries: • For Armenia and Azerbaijan, the scholarship includes a travel grant of SEK 10,000 for the entire study period. This is a one-time payment, and it doesn’t apply to students who already live there.

• Extra grants for family members. The scholarship does not cover these things.
There is a fee for applying to University Admissions.

A complete application consists of:
• CV • Letters of recommendation are part of a full application.
There must be proof of work and leadership experience, as well as a copy of your valid passport or National ID card (will be asked of you in the application portal)
It’s important to note that if any of the above is missing from your application, it will not be accepted.

The Curriculum Vitae (CV)
You must use SI’s form for your CV 2022/2023, and it must not be longer than three pages. When you apply for a job, you have to decide which of your previous jobs are relevant to the job you want to get. During the evaluation, extra pages will not be taken into account.
